Meet Milly

I'm an Accredited Exercise Physiologist based in Swan Hill, with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's in Exercise Physiology. I started MOVEMENT. TRAINING. to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to move with purpose, no matter their starting point.
I'm passionate about helping people improve their health, recover from injury, and reach their performance goals. Whether that means supporting women through life’s physical changes, guiding someone through rehabilitation, or helping an athlete reach the next level. I truly love what I do.
What matters most to me is connection. I work with people from all walks of life and believe movement should be tailored, evidence-based, and genuinely enjoyable, with a good mix of challenge, progress, and positivity.
